Can I request early & late checkout?

Unfortunately we are not able to allow early check in due to the extra cleaning procedures we are following due to Covid but we may be able to offer late check out up till midday on the day of departure. To arrange this please email us info@hiverooms.co.uk or call us on 015394 36434.
What is your policy regarding cancellations?

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.
Are dogs allowed?

We are very dog friendly here at The Hive, we do have a couple of rules when it comes to your four legged friend.
We kindly ask you don't allow your dogs on any of the furniture and that you bring with you their beds & food bowls. We only allow 2 dogs per room and charged a £20 fee per dog per stay.
For example:
A 3 night stay with 2 dogs would require a payment of £40. (This allows for extra cleaning)
Do you serve breakfast?

As The Hive is situated above Poppi Red's cafe we are able to offer our guests breakfast, this is an extra charge of £8 per person per day. We serve breakfast between 9.30am - 11.30am 7 days a week in the cafe, you can preview the menu on their website.
